COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY INSURANCE

(CTP GREEN SLIP)

Compulsory Third Party (CTP Green slip) is compulsory insurance that must be taken out when registering a motor vehicle.

It covers the owner or driver of the motor vehicle in the event of an accident against any legal liability or obligation that they may have to anyone they injure.

COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE

(INC. THIRD PARTY PROPERTY)

 Kyogle NRMA can offer almost any type and level of comprehensive insurance. We can offer insurance on your Car, Boat or Caravan. We can even offer you windscreen insurance in the event that your windscreen is cracked whilst driving3. You can enquire about basic third party property insurance which covers damage to a third party in an at-fault accident1. Comprehensive Insurance can be taken out accidental damage, fire, flood, storm, theft or attempted theft, vandalism or malicious damage, windscreen or window damage, liability cover and even keys, locks and barrels.2 For more information on comprehensive insurance provided by NRMA please call in and see us or call us on 02 66 321 700. LANDLORD INSURANCE
Standard home insurance cover is sometimes not enough if you own an investment property. That's why we've introduced Landlord Insurance that provides the following benefits as well as buildings and/or contents cover:
Rent Default* - If your tenant stops paying rent to you, including if they leave without notice, during the term of your rental agreement, you're covered for up to eight times the weekly rent as listed on your rental agreement, to a maximum of $3,000*.
Loss of rent* - You're covered up to a maximum of twelve months rent if your tenant can't live at your property while it's being repaired as a result of an insured incident such as fire, an earthquake or storm.
Theft or Malicious damage* - If your rental property suffers loss or damage caused by theft, attempted theft, vandalism or a malicious act by a tenant or their guest, you're covered up to $10,000 for buildings and/or contents.
Liability cover - You're covered if you are legally liable to pay compensation for death or bodily injury to other people or for damage to their property occurring on your rental property, for up to $10 million.
Legal fees* - If you have made a claim for rent default, you can claim up to $5,000 towards the legal costs of any action you take to recover rent owed to you.

* A valid written rental agreement is required. A deduction equal to 4 times weekly rental may apply.

Oaten & Hoffman are the only company in the local area that own and operate a Tilt Tray tow truck. We can transfer old cars, new cars, tractors, farm machinery and much more from anywhere for a very competitive rate. We offer 24Hr. roadside assistance. (Roadside assistance.) If you breakdown or even if you are simply having difficulties, we can send a qualified patrolman out to your property, or wherever you happen to be at the time, for a quick and accurate diagnosis most of the time. For NRMA road service members this service will be at no cost to you. To non-members there will be a fee that will depend on where the vehicle is, when the problem occurs and other variable factors that can be explained upon enquiry. 

We also offer a 24HR battery replacement service. If your car wont start and you require a new battery, just call us and we can supply and fit a brand new NRMA battery any time of the day or night, 365 days a year and the fitment is free. (Subject to NRMA membership and location).
