O & H Holden, also known as Oaten & Hoffman has been a well established local business for around 25 years. Foundered by Brian Hoffman and Kellas Oaten it has come a long way from its humble beginnings in Roxy Lane as a 2 man operation. Oaten Hoffman now employs up 15 local men and women and brings allot of extra business to the Kyogle area from Lismore, Casino, Ballina and surrounding area's through its great name and high standards. We have recently relocated service departments from our familiar surroundings opposite the post office to a newly re-furbished, comfortable and modern workshop opposite the supermarket, Summerland way, Kyogle. This has allowed us to join the Sales Department and the Service/Parts departments together for the first time in almost 20 years. This merging has resulted in a higher level of co-operation and communication between various departments which translates to you, as being a even more hassle free visit for what ever reason. We have recently added Daewoo to our service department for authorised warranty and service work. Meaning we can perform warranty work and sell authorised parts for any Daewoo vehicle as well as our long established Holden background. The front desk is the first point you will reach upon entering O & H Holden. Margaret & Glynis will be happy to help you out with any enquiry you may have, or direct you to the relevant person who may be better equipped to deal with your enquiry. Margaret & Glynis can help with any insurance or road service needs or any enquiries regarding maps.
The above pictures are taken from the floor of our service department. On the left is our service desk and check-in. All our service and warranty related work is carried out from this area. Upon entering you will be greeted by Tim, our service manager, and may talk with any mechanic or technician of your choice. The picture on the right is the service team. The big advantage of our service network is the ability for you to talk to and meet any or all of our service personnel. This means that you know exactly who is working on your car at all times. This will give you a feeling of security in the knowledge that your car will be well looked after and cared for.
